Job summary

Zero Motorcycles offers an insightful HR internship in Amsterdam for a proactive third‑year student. You will actively participate in day‑to‑day HR activities across Europe, supporting compensation, onboarding, contracts, and employee communications.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance and Legal teams, contribute to benefits projects, data analysis, and HR system testing, while gaining exposure to a fast-growing international organization.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an HR program, preferably in your third year.
• Fluent in Dutch with good English.
• Accurate, well-organized, eager to learn and proactive.
• Enjoy working in a team, take initiative and persevere.
• Good sense of humor and ability to keep things in perspective.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations and compensation processes.
• Assist with preparing employment contracts, onboarding/offboarding docs, and templates.
• Help maintain internal communications and organize company events.
• Contribute to HR projects: benefits, data analysis, systems testing.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Legal across Europe.
