Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join our Forward Deployed Engineers and GTM teams to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, across strategic customer environments.

You will meet with strategic customers, own flagship deals end-to-end, embed with customers onsite, map workflows to AI systems, and collaborate with engineers to deliver measurable business outcomes. This remote-first role requires English and Italian, with travel for customer onsites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise customer-facing experience or equivalent.
• Experience in product development, delivery and change management.
• Commercial instinct: structuring value propositions and navigating enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration to prototype and demo.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case to terms and close.
• Embed with customers onsite and drive delivery outcomes as part of their team.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement use cases.
