Job summary

JDE Peet’s is offering an internship as Supply Chain Coordinator Export. You will be the operational first point of contact for a group of international distributors and participate in the full order-to-cash process within the Export Customer Service Team.

You will gain hands-on experience in managing orders, mitigating risks, and optimizing service levels in a fast, dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Curious and eager-to-learn HBO/WO student in the direction of Supply Chain, enrolled in a Dutch education institution.
• A proactive hands-on mentality; prepared to work in a fast and dynamic international environment.
• Excellent social and communicative skills in English (verbal & written).
• Able to work accurately and methodically, and able to prioritise in the process.
• Have strong analytical skills.

Job description

As an Intern Supply Chain Coördinator Export you will participate fully within the Customer Service Export Team. The team is an important link between the internal JDE Peet’s organization, logistical service providers, and the international distributers. In the role of Intern Supply Chain Coordinator Export you will be the operational first point of contact for a select group of international distributers, during the full ‘order-to-cash-process’.

• Identifying potential risks and implementing solutions;
• Cooperating in optimising the service level and supply chain processes;
• Creating weekly and monthly rapports.
