Job summary

Abbott Zwolle seeks a graduation intern for Operator Customs and Trade Compliance to transform the Customs Community of Practice into a scalable, digitally supported service

Network. You will investigate how TOPdesk can support centralized requests, routing, knowledge sharing and reporting, translating business needs into practical designs and a working prototype, while learning in a globally operating healthcare company.

Qualifications

• Final-year university student with mandatory internship
• Interest in business analysis, process improvement and knowledge sharing
• Strong analytical, research and communication skills
• Able to work independently and with multiple stakeholders
• TOPdesk familiarity is an advantage; prior customs expertise is not required

Responsibilities

• Analyse current processes, stakeholder needs and service data.
• Identify opportunities to improve request intake, classification, assignment and escalation.
• Design user-friendly forms, workflows and a structured knowledge-management approach.
• Develop and test a TOPdesk prototype within an agreed pilot scope.
• Propose roles, responsibilities, service levels and knowledge-review processes.
• Define relevant KPIs and develop a dashboard concept.
• Deliver an implementation roadmap, business case and recommendations for further expansion.
