Job summary

DLL Group is seeking a Compliance Intern (Communication) to support the Core Compliance and Conduct team with coordinating and creating internal communication materials across DLL’s channels.

You will develop communications in line with DLL branding, refresh Compliance SharePoint sites, and help produce newsletters and videos while operating in a hybrid office/home setup. Fluency in English and HBO-level study are required, with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an HBO-level communication program (or similar).
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Clipchamp, SharePoint, Viva Teams).
• Works independently, solves problems effectively and focuses on results.

Responsibilities

• Play a supportive role to the Core/Conduct Compliance teams for projects and ad hoc requests related to communication.
• Carry out communication channel and material development in line with DLL Corporate branding.
• Support in refreshing and modernizing Compliance SharePoint sites.
• Support in development of Compliance Newsletters and Videos.
• Support the rollout of a Compliance companywide awareness campaign.
• Explore and suggest new ways to create Compliance awareness within a corporate/banking organization.
• Operate effectively in a hybrid working setting, in the office and from home.

Compliance Intern(Communication)

As a Compliance intern (Communication), you will support the Core Compliance and Conduct team with the coordination and creation of (internal) communication materials across DLL’s communication channels.

Good to know:

• The internship will start in September 2026.
• You will receive an internship allowance of €350 - €500 gross per month, based on your educational level and 38 hours a week. If you work less, this amount will be prorated.
• Students on work placement are paid a work placement allowance.
• The selection process may involve an assessment.
