Job Description:

As the Interim Project Manager for Operational Excellence, you will play a crucial role in leading initiatives that streamline the customer journey within our renewable energy projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and drive operational efficiency. Your expertise will ensure a seamless customer experience from project inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Journey Mapping:

1. Analyze and map current customer journey processes to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to design improved customer experiences in line with operational excellence goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

1. Work closely with sales, technical, and customer support teams to gather insights and implement customer-centric solutions.
2. Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive awareness and engagement around customer journey improvements.

Performance Metrics:

1. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
2. Utilize data-driven insights to iterate on processes and improve overall operational performance.

Training and Development:

1. Mentor and train team members on best practices in operational excellence and customer journey management.
2. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification preferred.
2. Proven 15+ years of experience, particularly in customer journey operational excellence or process improvement project roles.
3. Experience in the renewable energy sector is highly desirable.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
