Job summary

The Social Hub (B Corp) is hiring for an interim procurement professional to drive two major programs—the GPO partnership and a new procurement system—over a six-month contract. You will implement category projects, build workflows, and ensure cross-functional alignment across properties and departments.

You bring hands-on procurement platform experience, knowledge of GPOs, and strong stakeholder management skills, with a readiness to travel up to twice monthly in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience implementing or configuring a procurement platform.
• Experience with GPOs or group purchasing programs is a strong plus.
• Excellent relationship-building across a matrixed, multi-country organization.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced interim role with a fixed six-month timeline.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

For the next six months, you'll join our Procurement team at a pivotal moment as we roll out two major programs at once. The first is our new Group Purchasing Organisation (GPO) partnership, where you'll help launch category projects, run benchmarks, and manage implementation end-to-end. The second is a new procurement system, where you'll set up workflows, templates, reporting, and catalogues alongside FP&A to get everything tested before go-live. You'll work closely with teams across various departments and properties, so clear collaboration and keeping multiple projects moving simultaneously are essential. This is a hands‑on, get‑it‑done role for someone who thrives on building structure from scratch. You might make a few mistakes along the way (we're only human, after all), but we're all about learning fast and moving forward together!

• Create clear, lasting structures and processes that the wider organization can easily use long after your six-month contract ends.

What You'll Have

• You bring extensive experience, with hands‑on expertise implementing or configuring a procurement platform.
• You bring background knowledge or experience working with GPOs and group purchasing programs (a strong plus).
• You have outstanding relationship‑building skills and know how to bring people along across a matrixed, multi‑country organization.
• You bring the confidence to work independently in a dynamic, project‑focused interim role with a fixed timeline.
• You have the flexibility to travel up to twice a month to our locations.
• You bring fluency in English (Dutch, Spanish, or Italian is a great bonus).
