Job summary

The Social Hub is looking for a hands-on procurement professional to join our Procurement team for a six-month assignment in Amsterdam. You will help launch a new Group Purchasing Organisation (GPO) and configure a new procurement system, creating workflows, templates and catalogues with FP&A, and testing before go-live.

You'll collaborate across departments and properties, build lasting processes, manage multiple workstreams, and travel up to twice a month as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience implementing or configuring a procurement platform.
• Experience with GPOs or group purchasing programs is a strong plus.
• Strong relationship-building skills across a matrixed, multi-country organization.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, project-focused interim role.
• Willingness to travel up to twice a month.
• Fluency in English; Dutch, Spanish, or Italian is a bonus.

Job description

For the next six months, you'll join the Procurement team at a pivotal moment as two major programs roll out at once. The first is a new Group Purchasing Organisation (GPO) partnership, where you'll help launch category projects, run benchmarks, and manage implementation end-to-end. The second is a new procurement system, where you'll set up workflows, templates, reporting, and catalogues alongside FP&A to get everything tested before go-live. You'll work closely with teams across various departments and properties, so clear collaboration and keeping multiple projects moving simultaneously are essential. This is a hands-on, get-it-done role for someone who thrives on building structure from scratch. You might make a few mistakes along the way (we're only human, after all), but we're all about learning fast and moving forward together!
