Job summary

Qualifications

• Product Owner / Project Lead experience in a similar environment.
• Leadership experience guiding a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong command of English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate security strategy, customer needs and market developments into a clear product vision and roadmap for Mobile Access.
• Balance customer value, commercial opportunities, product health, security and deliverability; focus on meaningful outcomes.
• Provide direction and foster accountability, collaboration, and a safe feedback culture within the team.
• Maintain close contact with customers, partners, Sales, Support, Operations and security colleagues to translate insights into clear product choices.
• Communicate direction, decisions and changes to the team and stakeholders clearly and timely.
