Job summary

Pure Search is partnering with a large-cap, private equity-backed business to appoint an Interim Group Treasurer for a high-profile transformation and turnaround assignment in the Netherlands. You will lead the global treasury agenda, safeguard liquidity, optimise cash flow, and manage funding and banking relationships while providing strategic financial leadership throughout the transformation journey.

International travel is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading treasury functions in distressed, turnaround or restructuring environments.
• Deep experience in liquidity management, cash forecasting, working capital optimisation and funding strategies.
• Expertise in refinancing, debt management and stakeholder engagement across lender and investor groups.
• Strong international experience across multi-site, multi-country organisations.
• Prior experience within private equity-backed businesses and investor-facing environments.
• Ability to travel internationally.
