Job summary

Enza Zaden in Enkhuizen, The Netherlands, is seeking an Interim Global Manager Supply Planning to lead the global end-to-end supply planning, shape our business strategy, and build strong capabilities.

Reporting to the VP Supply Chain, you will drive S&OP with Marketing, Sales, Demand Planning, Portfolio Management, R&D and Production, coach a high-performing team, and implement advanced planning systems.

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply chain management, Business Administration or Engineering.
• 12+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, fluent in English and Dutch.

You are responsible for the end-to-end supply planning for the Open Field Business Dynamic. This means ensuring a strategic supply plan, including translation to and execution of a tactical and operational plan for all the crops and underlying crop segments to realize the Business Dynamics goals and objectives. You will lead the S&OP process in close alignment with Marketing and Sales, Demand Planning, Portfolio Management, R&D and Production.
