Job summary

Enza Zaden is seeking a Global Finance Business Partner focused on Marketing & Sales and Mid Tech to partner with senior management on strategy, performance, and value creation. You will combine financial expertise with international collaboration to improve decision-making across the business.

You will lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business development initiatives, while working with the CFO and regional teams to enhance financial performance and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a comparable field.
• Around 10 years of relevant experience in controlling and finance business partnering.
• Experience in an international and multicultural environment.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and advising senior management.
• Strong understanding of financial and commercial processes on a global scale.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for value creation, strategy definition and execution, and performance as a member of both management teams.
• Advise, challenge, and support the Functional Director and management teams on key decisions.
• Improve financial performance by leading the full planning and control cycle, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Support and lead business development through business cases, investment plans, and acquisition activities.
• Collaborate with the CFO and Finance Management Team as a member of the Global Business Control Lead Team.
• Strengthen collaboration and financial expertise among regional and local Business Controllers and Finance Managers.

• A gross monthly salary between €6,943 and €9,919, based on a full-time workweek of 38 hours and aligned with your knowledge and experience

• 25 vacation days, the option to purchase additional vacation days, and one paid vitality day per year, with extra vacation days granted as you get older

• A contribution toward overnight accommodation costs if you live farther away from Enza Zaden. This program applies to employees working for Enza Zaden in the Netherlands whose one-way commute exceeds 100 kilometers and 75 minutes
