Zusammenfassung

The Hague Humanity Hub is seeking an Interim Finance and Operations Manager for a 6–9 month assignment starting November 2026 to guide continuity in finance, HR, IT, and operations while designing an initial future-fit function.

You will lead the Finance & Operations team, oversee budgeting, reporting, and controls, and work with the Managing Director to align processes with the Hub’s strategic direction in a mission-driven international non-profit environment.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in senior Finance, Finance & Operations or Head of Finance roles.
• Proven ability to design and implement finance processes and operating models.
• Experience in project-based or grant-funded non-profit organisations.
• Strong leadership and change-management skills.

• Lead the Finance & Operations function during the transition.

• Recruit and onboard additional finance capacity where appropriate.
