Job summary

Kuros Biosciences B.V. seeks an experienced Interim Demand Planning Implementation Lead to guide the customer side of a Demand Planning transformation in Amsterdam, in partnership with Keansa Solutions.

The role focuses on governance, stakeholder alignment and adoption to sustain the new Demand Planning process after go-live. The position is hybrid in Amsterdam, starting October 2026 for about six months, with an expected commitment of 3-4 days per week and reporting to the S&OP Manager.

Qualifications

Experience leading business-side workstreams in Demand Planning or S&OP.
Background in FMCG/CPG, Retail, or Manufacturing industries.
Experience managing external implementation partners and system integrators.

Responsibilities

Represent the customer in day-to-day project delivery activities and ensure alignment between business stakeholders and the implementation partner.
Coordinate activities across Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, Data and S&OP teams; ensure timely decisions and sign-offs.
Ensure SMEs are available and engaged during design, testing and deployment.
Monitor milestones and deliverables and escalate risks as needed.
Drive change management, user adoption and handover to operations after go-live.
