Job summary

Kuros Biosciences B.V. seeks an experienced Interim Demand Planning Implementation Lead to guide the customer side of a Demand Planning transformation in Amsterdam, in partnership with Keansa Solutions.

The role focuses on governance, stakeholder alignment and adoption to sustain the new Demand Planning process after go-live. The position is hybrid in Amsterdam, starting October 2026 for about six months, with an expected commitment of 3-4 days per week and reporting to the S&OP Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business-side workstreams in Demand Planning or S&OP.
• Background in FMCG/CPG, Retail, or Manufacturing industries.
• Experience managing external implementation partners and system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Represent the customer in day-to-day project delivery activities and ensure alignment between business stakeholders and the implementation partner.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, Data and S&OP teams; ensure timely decisions and sign-offs.
• Ensure SMEs are available and engaged during design, testing and deployment.
• Monitor milestones and deliverables and escalate risks as needed.
• Drive change management, user adoption and handover to operations after go-live.

We are looking for an experienced implementation-focused business lead who can provide dedicated leadership on the customer side of the Demand Planning implementation. The successful candidate will ensure strong governance, stakeholder alignment, business readiness and successful adoption while acting as the primary counterpart to the Keansa project team. The objective is not only to deliver the system, but to ensure the organisation is fully prepared to sustain the new Demand Planning process after go-live.

The customer is embarking on a strategic Demand Planning transformation by implementing advanced Demand Planning capabilities in Jedox together with implementation partner Keansa Solutions. The project aims to improve forecast accuracy, introduce structured collaborative forecasting, increase planning visibility, and establish a scalable foundation for future S&OE and S&OP processes.

Interim Demand Planning Implementation Lead who will provide dedicated business leadership, coordination and decision-making support on behalf of the customer throughout the Demand Planning implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership & Governance

• Represent The customer in day-to-day project delivery activities and ensure alignment between business stakeholders and the implementation partner.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies and milestones, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues.
• Drive timely decision-making and remove internal project blockers.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Act as the primary counterpart to the Keansa Project Manager.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, Data and S&OP teams.
• Ensure timely business decisions, sign-offs and resource commitments to maintain project momentum.

Delivery Coordination

• Ensure required SMEs are available and engaged throughout design, testing and deployment activities.
• Monitor progress against milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate UAT, go-live and hypercare activities.

Change & Adoption

• Drive business readiness and user adoption activities.
• Support communication, training and change management efforts.
• Ensure a successful handover to operational teams following go-live.

Your Profile

• Experience supporting or leading business-side workstreams within Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Chain or enterprise planning system implementation programmes.
• Strong FMCG, CPG, Food, Retail or Manufacturing background.
• Experience managing external implementation partners and system integrators.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of business processes, technology and change management.
• Hands-on, pragmatic and delivery-focused.
• Experience with Planning solutions such as Jedox, Anaplan, Kinaxis, SAP IBP/APO, Blue Yonder or OMP is highly desirable.
