Job summary

Innovative Beauty Group is seeking an Interim QA/QC Packaging Specialist to drive packaging quality and embed QA from concept through delivery. You will develop and implement quality plans, ensure EU regulatory compliance and support internal teams with quality queries.

You will conduct packaging inspections, investigate defects and propose corrective actions, collaborating with Product Development and Project Management on ongoing quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Higher professional education (HBO) level in a relevant field.
• Experience handling quality complaints, including investigation and reporting.
• Technical knowledge of packaging engineering and quality issues resolution.
• Preferably worked with PPWR and complaint registration systems.
• Familiar with EU packaging and cosmetic product regulations.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, establish and maintain quality procedures, standards andSpecifications for EU suppliers.
• Read and write technical manuals and documentation.
• Support the preparation of work instructions and procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify, develop and implement quality initiatives.
• Complete documentation in customer portals relating to product specifications and certificates.
• Proactively build and maintain insight into the quality portfolio of preferred suppliers.
• Carry out quality and functionality checks on packaging samples.
• Investigate packaging-related quality issues, identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Support the registration, follow-up and resolution of quality complaints.
• Set the standard for quality assurance within IBG and support stakeholders.
