Job summary

QCS Staffing is seeking a Packaging Engineer for Amsterdam to join a global Life Sciences leader on an initial 2-year contract. You’ll drive packaging engineering initiatives in a GMP manufacturing setting.

You will work with BAS and EMS systems, collaborate with Digital teams across Automation, Manufacturing IT, and Vendors, and contribute to site automation and digital transformation efforts in production facilities in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Packaging/Manufacturing within Life Sciences.
• Experience with BAS and EMS in regulated GMP environments.
• Familiarity with automation and control systems in pharmaceutical settings.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for non-qualified and qualified Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS) within the manufacturing environment.
• Work closely with Digital teams responsible for Automation, Manufacturing IT, Infrastructure, and OT systems, as well as vendors and implementation partners.
• Support digital transformation and site automation initiatives across production, utilities, laboratories, and warehouse facilities.
