Job summary

Premium Beauty Media is seeking a senior Packaging Design Engineer to drive precision packaging from concept to mass production for beauty and FMCG products. You will develop technically sound, manufacturable packaging solutions with a focus on liquid packaging systems and cross-material expertise.

You will engineer for high-volume production, validate tooling and lead collaboration with design and project teams to meet tight timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Product or Packaging Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience in packaging or product engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of liquid packaging systems and assemblies.
• Cross material expertise in plastic, metal and glass is essential.
• Confident working with high volume manufacturing and quality validation.

• Engineer structurally robust packaging solutions for liquid-based FMCG products.
• Design for mass manufacture across plastic, metal and glass components.
• Apply DfMA, FMEA and tolerance stack up analysis to optimise performance.
• Prepare and validate technical drawings for tooling, costing and production.
