Job summary

EMEA Recruitment is supporting an international organization undergoing a significant finance transformation, seeking an experienced Interim Accounts Payable Manager to stabilize and improve its P2P function. This hands-on assignment ensures continuity of the Netherlands AP operation while standardizing processes across multiple entities in the region.

The role requires extensive AP and P2P experience, SAP S/4HANA know-how, and an ability to drive process improvements in a multi-entity,

Qualifications

• Extensive Accounts Payable and P2P experience within international organizations.
• Experience leading or improving AP functions in transformation or multi-entity environments.
• SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred).
• Coupa experience would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day Accounts Payable function for the Netherlands.
• Ensuring seamless invoice processing, payment runs and month-end activities.
• Supporting the harmonization of Purchase-to-Pay processes across international entities.
• Identifying process improvements and driving greater efficiency.
• Working closely with Finance and IT teams to support SAP S/4HANA optimization.
• Developing standardized ways of working to support the future operating model.
• Providing operational leadership during a period of business transformation.

EMEA Recruitment is supporting an international organization undergoing a significant finance transformation, seeking an experienced Interim Accounts Payable Manager to play a key role in stabilizing and improving its P2P function.

This is a hands-on interim assignment where you'll ensure continuity of the Netherlands AP operation while helping to standardize processes across multiple international entities.

Netherlands | Hybrid | 6-Month Interim Assignment

Responsibilities of the Interim AP Manager:

• Managing the day-to-day Accounts Payable function for the Netherlands
• Ensuring seamless invoice processing, payment runs and month-end activities
• Supporting the harmonization of Purchase-to-Pay processes across international entities
• Identifying process improvements and driving greater efficiency
• Working closely with Finance and IT teams to support ongoing SAP S/4HANA optimization
• Developing standardized ways of working to support the future operating model
• Providing operational leadership during a period of business transformation

The Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive Accounts Payable and P2P experience within international organizations
• Previous experience leading or improving AP functions
• SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred)
• Coupa experience would be highly advantageous
• Strong process improvement and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within transformation, shared services or multi-entity environments
