Job summary

Improven is seeking an experienced Interim AI Lead for a major non-profit in the Randstad to further professionalise data-driven working within the communications division and implement the organisation’s first AI solutions.

The role combines strategic vision with hands-on implementation and requires 5+ years of AI, data and digitalisation experience, including generative AI, data platforms and analytics, plus strong stakeholder management and change leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with AI and data or digitalisation projects.
• Proven experience with generative AI, data platforms and analytics.
• Experience managing projects/programmes within complex organisations.
• Knowledge of GDPR, privacy, security and responsible AI use.

The role combines strategic vision with hands-on implementation and focuses on increasing the impact of online communication and developing a future-proof AI approach.

What are you bringing?

• HBO/WO level of working and thinking, preferably in AI, Data Science or Computer Science.
• At least 5 years’ experience with AI, data and digitalisation projects.
• Proven experience with generative AI, data platforms and analytics.
• Experience of project or programme management within complex organisations.
• Knowledge of the GDPR, privacy, security and the responsible use of AI.
• Strong in stakeholder management, change management and knowledge transfer.
