Nmbrs in Amsterdam is seeking a Full Cycle Sales Consultant to own the full sales process—from lead gen to onboarding. You’ll join a product squad, helping shape the product through customer feedback and experiments using automation and AI.
The role blends sales and customer success, requiring hands-on leadership, Dutch fluency, and a commercial mindset to scale customer conversations across our Nmbrs payroll products.
Nmbrs is looking for a Full Cycle Sales Consultant. This role combines sales and customer success: you'll win new customers and make sure they get off to a great start. As we grow, we want to make every step of the customer journey smarter, and you'll be at the center of that, combining real customer conversations with AI, automation and experimentation. Time to grow. Time to thrive. We are Nmbrs. We build smart business software that removes unnecessary complexity for SMEs and the professionals who support them. Nmbrs brings together four established product organisations - Payroll, Accounting, Invoicing and Reporting - with teams across the Netherlands, Sweden and Portugal. We are one brand with a shared ambition, while continuing to work from the expertise and strengths of our individual organisations. We join forces where it makes sense, while keeping teams, expertise and decision-making close together. For this role, you’ll join Nmbrs Payroll in Amsterdam, working closely with the colleagues in your local team while being part of the wider Nmbrs organisation.
As Full Cycle Sales Consultant, you own the full sales cycle: from generating and qualifying leads to closing deals and making sure new customers get off to a great start. You’re part of a product squad, so you don’t just sell the product, you help shape it. You test new ways to reach and convert customers, decide where a personal conversation makes the difference and where automation works better, and bring what you hear from customers straight back to the team.
Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact and demo to closing and onboarding new customers. Use your insights from customer conversations to propose and test new touchpoints, such as in-app prompts, email sequences, trial extensions and pricing-page tweaks, which the product team then builds. You also decide which moments need a human and which should be automated. Experiment with AI and sales automation tools to make lead generation and outreach smarter, faster and more scalable. Be the voice of the customer: share structured insights with the product team about objections, missing features and pricing friction. Give training to customers, so they get the most out of Nmbrs from day one.
A salary range of 3000€ to 4000€ gross per month (excluding holiday allowance), depending on your experience.
