Job summary

Wolters Kluwer - Enablon is seeking an Integrated Operational Risk & Operations SME to join a cross-functional product team. You will translate real-world operational practices into scalable software solutions, working with Product Management, Engineering, and customers to validate operational needs and risk-driven requirements.

In this role, you will contribute to risk models, regulatory alignment, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in high-hazard or operationally complex industries (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, Mining, Energy, Manufacturing, or similar).
• Strong operational credibility from direct involvement in operational risk management and field operations environments.
• Experience leading or supporting enterprise risk improvement initiatives or operational excellence programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams through discovery, design, development, validation, and release activities.
• Participate in customer workshops and design-partner engagements to understand workflows and decision-making processes.
• Define and validate operational risk models, decision frameworks, evidence requirements, and business rules.
• Provide SME across operational risk, process safety, control management, and execution disciplines.
