WE Fashion is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the Netherlands. You will be the right hand of the Store Manager, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience and contributing to the store's daily operations. You will coach and inspire colleagues while working toward exceeded quarterly sales and growth.

Job description

YOU WORK FOR WE

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be the right hand of our Store Manager - often the left hand as well - and you pull out all the stops every day to ensure the ultimate shopping experience for your customers. You make a significant contribution to the success of the store and manage to exceed the sales of each quarter. You will also contribute to all activities on the shop floor and coach and inspire your colleagues. And should the Store Manager need a day of shopping, we will entrust you with the store! Do you have extensive experience in a service-oriented environment and are you looking for a managerial position with room for growth and development?
