Job summary

WE Fashion is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Ridderkerk to support the Store Manager and drive daily store operations. You will lead by example on the shop floor, coach colleagues, and push for strong quarterly sales while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

You bring extensive service experience and a desire for growth in a managerial role, with the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced fashion retail setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a service-oriented environment and in a supervisory/managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Be the right hand to the Store Manager and drive daily operations on the shop floor.
• Coach and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Contribute to store activities and ensure a memorable shopping experience for customers.

YOU WORK FOR WE

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be the right hand of our Store Manager - often the left hand as well – and you pull out all the stops every day to ensure the ultimate shopping experience for your customers. You make a significant contribution to the success of the store and manage to exceed the sales of each quarter. You will also contribute to all activities on the shop floor and coach and inspire your colleagues. And should the Store Manager need a day of shopping, we will entrust you with the store!
