Premier Tech Systems and Automation is op zoek naar een I&C Manager die het Installation & Commissioning-team aanstuurt en wereldwijd service levert. Je combineert technische expertise met leiderschap, coaching en continue procesverbetering bij klantlocaties.

Je werkt nauw samen met meerdere interne afdelingen, bewaakt planning en bezetting, en reikt duurzame oplossingen aan om klanttevredenheid te verhogen. Reizen behoort tot de rol.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Electrical, Mechanical or Automation Engineering.
• Ervaring in installatie, commissioning, service of automation.

Responsibilities

• Leiding geven aan het Installation & Commissioning-team en teamleden ontwikkelen.
• Plannen, prioriteiten en bezetting van het team bewaken.
• Installaties en inbedrijfstellingen veilig en efficiënt uitvoeren.
• Technische en operationele uitdagingen oplossen en duurzame oplossingen vinden.
• Overdracht naar het Service-team na afronding van I&C-werkzaamheden.
• Samenwerken met interne afdelingen voor vloeiende uitvoering bij klantlocaties.
• Terugkerende problemen analyseren en verbeteracties doorvoeren.
• Prestaties, processen en kwaliteit monitoren en bijsturen.

Jouw toekomstige rol

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor deaansturing, ontwikkeling en prestatiesvan hetInstallation & Commissioning-team. Je zorgt ervoor dat installaties en opstarten bij klanten op een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte manier verlopen. Daarbij combineer jeoperationele opvolging,coaching van team membersencontinue verbetering van processen en samenwerking.

Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant, het I&C-team en interne afdelingen, en je helpt mee om de reputatie van Premier Tech wereldwijd verder te versterken.

• Je geeft leiding aan hetInstallation & Commissioning-teamen ondersteunt team members in hun groei en ontwikkeling
• Je bewaakt deplanning, prioriteiten en bezettingbinnen het team
• Je zorgt ervoor dat installaties en inbedrijfstellingen bij klanten op eenveilige, kwalitatieve en efficiëntemanier worden uitgevoerd
• Je ondersteunt team members bij technische of operationele uitdagingen en helpt bij het vinden van duurzame oplossingen
• Je bewaakt een duidelijke overdracht naar hetServiceteamnadat de I&C-werkzaamheden zijn uitgevoerd
• Je werkt nauw samen met andere interne afdelingen om de uitvoering op klantlocaties zo vlot mogelijk te laten verlopen
• Je analyseert terugkerende problemen en zet verbeteracties op om onze werking en klanttevredenheid verder te versterken
• Je volgt prestaties, processen en kwaliteit op en stuurt bij waar nodig
• Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het verder professionaliseren van de I&C-werking binnen de organisatie

Benodigde vaardigheden

• Diploma inElectrical, Mechanical of Automation Engineering
• Ervaring in een technische omgeving binneninstallation, commissioning, service of automation
• Ervaring in eenleidinggevendeofcoördinerenderol is een sterke plus
• Je kunt werken met elektrische, mechanische en pneumatische componenten
• Kennis vanPLC’s, bij voorkeurSiemens, is een pré
• Je bent sterk incoachen, plannen en prioriteiten stellen
• Je bent onafhankelijk, gemotiveerd en gericht opklanttevredenheid
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden inDuits en Engels (en Nederlands is een pré)
• Reizen schrikt je niet af - je bent bereid om regelmatig te reizen
• In het bezit van eenrijbewijs Ben bij voorkeur gevestigd in de omgeving vanEersel, Nederland, waar ons Europese hoofdkantoor zich bevindt

Your future role

In this role, you will be responsible for theleadership, development and performanceof theInstallation & Commissioning team. You will ensure that installations and commissioning activities at customer sites are carried out safely, efficiently and to a high-quality standard. In doing so, you will combineoperational follow-up,team member coachingandcontinuous improvement of processes and collaboration.

You are a key link between the customer, the I&C team and internal departments, helping to further strengthen Premier Tech’s reputation worldwide.

• Lead theInstallation & Commissioning teamand support team members in their growth and development
• Overseeplanning, priorities and team capacity
• Ensure installations and commissioning activities are performed in asafe, efficient and high-qualitymanner
• Support team members with technical and operational challenges and help implement sustainable solutions
• Ensure a clear transition to theService teamafter the I&C activities are completed
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution at customer sites
• Analyze recurring issues and implement improvement actions to strengthen our operations and customer satisfaction
• Monitor performance, processes and quality, and adjust where needed
• Contribute to the further professionalization of the I&C function within the organization

Required skills

• Degree inElectrical, Mechanical or Automation Engineering
• Experience in a technical environment withininstallation, commissioning, service or automation
• Experience in aleadershiporcoordinatingrole is a strong plus
• Ability to work with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic components
• Knowledge ofPLCs, preferablySiemens, is an advantage
• Strong coaching, planning and prioritization skills
• Independent, self-motivated and committed tocustomer satisfaction
• Good communication skills inEnglish and German (speaking Dutch is a plus)
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Adriving license Band preferably based in the surroundings ofEersel, the Netherlands, where our European headquarters are located
