Job summary

Premier Tech is op zoek naar een I&C Manager die het Installation & Commissioning-team aanstuurt en wereldwijd service van hoge kwaliteit biedt.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor veilige installaties, coaching van teamleden en continue procesverbetering, met nauwe afstemming met interne afdelingen en klanten. Regelmatige reizen zijn onderdeel van de functie.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Automation Engineering.
• Experience in a technical environment within installation, commissioning, service or automation.
• Experience in a leadership or coordinating role is a strong plus.
• Ability to work with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic components.
• Knowledge of PLCs, preferably Siemens.
• Strong coaching, planning and prioritization skills.
• Independent, self-motivated and customer-focused.
• Good communication skills in English and German (Dutch a plus).
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Based near Eersel, NL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Installation & Commissioning team and support team members in their growth and development.
• Oversee planning, priorities and team capacity.
• Ensure installations and commissioning activities are performed in a safe, efficient and high-quality manner.
• Support team members with technical and operational challenges and help implement sustainable solutions.
• Ensure a clear transition to the Service team after the I&C activities are completed.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution at customer sites.
• Analyze recurring issues and implement improvement actions to strengthen operations and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor performance, processes and quality, and adjust where needed.
• Contribute to the further professionalization of the I&C function within the organization.

Jouw toekomstige rol

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing, ontwikkeling en prestaties van het Installation & Commissioning-team. Je zorgt ervoor dat installaties en opstarten bij klanten op een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte manier verlopen. Daarbij combineer je operationele opvolging, coaching van team members en continue verbetering van processen en samenwerking.

Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant, het I&C-team en interne afdelingen, en je helpt mee om de reputatie van Premier Tech wereldwijd verder te versterken.

• Je geeft leiding aan het Installation & Commissioning-team en ondersteunt team members in hun groei en ontwikkeling
• Je bewaakt de planning, prioriteiten en bezetting binnen het team
• Je zorgt ervoor dat installaties en inbedrijfstellingen bij klanten op een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte manier worden uitgevoerd
• Je ondersteunt team members bij technische of operationele uitdagingen en helpt bij het vinden van duurzame oplossingen
• Je bewaakt een duidelijke overdracht naar het Serviceteam nadat de I&C-werkzaamheden zijn uitgevoerd
• Je werkt nauw samen met andere interne afdelingen om de uitvoering op klantlocaties zo vlot mogelijk te laten verlopen
• Je analyseert terugkerende problemen en zet verbeteracties op om onze werking en klanttevredenheid verder te versterken
• Je volgt prestaties, processen en kwaliteit op en stuurt bij waar nodig
• Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het verder professionaliseren van de I&C-werking binnen de organisatie

Benodigde vaardigheden

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical of Automation Engineering
• Ervaring in een technische omgeving binnen installation, commissioning, service of automation
• Ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol is een sterke plus
• Je kunt werken met elektrische, mechanische en pneumatische componenten
• Kennis van PLC’s, bij voorkeur Siemens, is een pré
• Je bent sterk in coachen, plannen en prioriteiten stellen
• Je bent onafhankelijk, gemotiveerd en gericht op klanttevredenheid
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Duits en Engels (en Nederlands is een pré)
• Reizen schrikt je niet af - je bent bereid om regelmatig te reizen
• In het bezit van een rijbewijs B en bij voorkeur gevestigd in de omgeving van Eersel, Nederland, waar ons Europese hoofdkantoor zich bevindt

Your future role

In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership, development and performance of the Installation & Commissioning team. You will ensure that installations and commissioning activities at customer sites are carried out safely, efficiently and to a high-quality standard. In doing so, you will combine operational follow-up, team member coaching and continuous improvement of processes and collaboration.

You are a key link between the customer, the I&C team and internal departments, helping to further strengthen Premier Tech’s reputation worldwide.

Required skills

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Automation Engineering
• Experience in a technical environment within installation, commissioning, service or automation
• Experience in a leadership or coordinating role is a strong plus
• Ability to work with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic components
• Knowledge of PLCs, preferably Siemens, is an advantage
• Strong coaching, planning and prioritization skills
• Independent, self-motivated and committed to customer satisfaction
• Good communication skills in English and German (speaking Dutch is a plus)
• Willingness to travel regularly
• A driving license B and preferably based in the surroundings of Eersel, the Netherlands, where our European headquarters are located
