As an Install Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, integration, and validation of advanced metrology systems at customer sites worldwide. Working closely with a team of engineers, you ensure that mechanical modules are installed correctly, safely, and according to specification. The role includes international travel and hands‑on work in customer cleanroom environments.
Responsibilities
- Install and integrate mechanical modules and components of advanced metrology systems.
- Assemble parts and modules based on technical drawings and work instructions.
- Verify that components meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during system installation.

What you bring
- BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Nanotechnology, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
- Hands‑on experience with complex mechanical systems (e.g., semiconductor equipment, precision machinery, aerospace, or similar high‑tech environments).
- Experience working with hand tools, assembly processes, and measurement equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
- Willingness to travel internationally 40–70% of the time for installation projects.
- Ability to work in cleanroom environments and follow strict procedures.
