Een maatschappelijke organisatie in Amsterdam zoekt een inspirerende Voorzitter om leiding te geven aan het bestuur en bij te dragen aan de ontwikkeling van kinderen in kwetsbare posities. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor strategische groei en het onderhouden van relaties met partners. Dit is een kans om impact te maken en je professioneel netwerk in de non-profit sector uit te breiden.

Qualifications

• Hart voor kansengelijkheid en affiniteit met de regio Amsterdam-Zuidoost.
• Ervaring in het realiseren van structurele meerjarenfinanciering.
• Vaardigheid in het motiveren van vrijwilligers.

Responsibilities

• Leiding geven aan het bestuur en voorzitten van vergaderingen.
• Toezicht houden op strategische ambities voor 2025-2026.
• Relaties opbouwen met partners en fondsen.
• Zorgdragen voor duurzame impact op leerlingen.
