Uitzendbureau zoekt een Sales Support Specialist voor 32–40 uur per week en een salaris tot €4.000 bruto per maand. Je ondersteunt het verkoopteam, hebt veel klantcontact en werkt aan offertes, tenders en nieuwe business opportunities in een internationale omgeving.

Werkplek is Rotterdam bij een internationale logistieke dienstverlener. Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in freight forwarding, beheerst Engels, en Nederlands is een pluspunt.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met operationele processen in freight forwarding
• Sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden
• Klantgerichte instelling met oplossingsgericht denken
• Professionele telefoonafhandeling en goede telefoonvaardigheden
• Vloeiend Engels, Nederlands is een pluspunt

Responsibilities

• Ondersteunen van het sales team bij het werven van klanten en ontwikkelen van commerciële kansen
• Verwerken van leads en afspraken via CRM; bezoekplannen voor sales vertegenwoordigers
• Beheren van klantgegevens, contracten en tarieven in operationele systemen
• Verkrijgen en verwerken van transporttarieven voor import/export en opstellen van offertes
• Ondersteunen van tenders en klantactiviteiten en samenwerken met collegae

Functieomschrijving

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will support the sales team in acquiring new customers and developing existing commercial opportunities. You will qualify and process sales leads, add new organizations to the CRM system and schedule customer visits for the sales representatives. You will also ensure proper follow-up of these contacts and record the results of the sales process.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing customer data, contracts and rates. You will ensure that customer information in the various operational systems is kept up to date and that rates are correctly processed and maintained.

An important part of your role is handling quotation requests for new business. You will identify the customer's requirements and delivery conditions, request transportation rates for pre- and on-carriage, and prepare a suitable transportation quotation. You will then monitor the follow-up of the quotations.

Finally, you will support local tenders, promotional activities and customer events. You will work closely with the sales team and various colleagues across the organization.

Functie-eisen

• You have at least 2 years of experience with operational processes within freight forwarding;

• You speak and write English well; Dutch is a plus.
