Job summary

Straumann Group in the Netherlands seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to support the growth of ClearCorrect. Reporting to the Head of Sales Orthodontics, you will drive onboarding, activation and growth of customers and identify new business opportunities.

You will collaborate with Territory Managers, Marketing and Customer Service to maintain a strong CRM pipeline and convert opportunities into active customers. Dutch and English language proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in business, healthcare or life sciences.
• 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and professional English.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with proactive outreach via phone and email.
• CRM experience and data-driven mindset.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, activation and growth of Orthodontics customers.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Build targeted prospect lists and outbound outreach.
• Partner with Territory Managers to hand over leads.
• Maintain CRM pipeline with clear next steps.
