Job summary

Loyens & Loeff is seeking a Junior Innovation Advisor to help coordinate implementation initiatives, innovation projects and legal tech pilots for a leading international law and tax firm. You will work with Innovation Advisors, Legal Engineers, AI Engineers, and business stakeholders to embed new tools, transform processes and support adoption across lawyers, tax advisers and support teams.

Qualifications

• a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Law, Innovation Management, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• a strong interest in digital transformation of the legal sector and practical understanding of how technology is implemented in organisations and of project management.
• an affinity with legal technology, AI, digital transformation, or the legal sector.
• an analytical mindset and the ability to structure information into meaningful insights.
• excellent communication skills and collaboration with stakeholders.
• proactive and structured working style with ownership of activities.
• excellent command of English, written and spoken; Dutch or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• support and coordinate implementation initiatives, innovation projects and legal tech pilots
• analyze and document business needs, processes, and success criteria
• coordinate pilots and innovation initiatives, including planning and evaluation
• collect user feedback and translate insights into recommendations
• contribute to communication, training, and adoption activities for new tools
• work closely with lawyers, tax advisers, civil-law notaries, and business teams
• stay informed about developments in legal tech, AI, and digital transformation
