Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Spatial Planning or related field
- Equivalent professional experience in urban or spatial planning acceptable
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in Dutch (written and verbal); English is a plus
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Valid driving license (Category B)
Experience
- Experience in spatial planning, land management, or infrastructure-related planning
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the Netherlands and Belgium preferred
- Experience in handling permits, easements, and land-related legal documentation is advantageous
- Exposure to infrastructure or pipeline-related planning contexts preferred

Job Description
- Monitor government and development plans in the Netherlands and Belgium to identify potential threats to pipeline infrastructure
- Maintain and update legal records including permits, easements, and land documentation
- Manage notarial and cadastral matters related to pipeline routes
- Update and assess Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA) and external safety standards
- Provide and manage spatial and planning-related information through official platforms and databases
- Prepare reports on planning-related risks and pipeline damage
- Participate in project meetings and site visits across the Netherlands and Belgium
- Coordinate with government authorities regarding permitting processes and infrastructure developments
- Communicate with landowners, users, and contractors regarding pipeline activities
- Process and manage geographic and planning data within spatial systems
