Bol.com B.V. is seeking a Project Manager Infra Development to lead complex logistics infrastructure projects, including automation and robotics implementations, across our fulfilment network. You translate business goals into delivery plans and coordinate internal teams and external suppliers.

You will own scope, schedule, budget, risks, and changes, applying our stage-gate process and ensuring operational readiness, safety, and go-live. English fluency required; Dutch desirable.

Formación

• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience with large-scale investments and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Define the project delivery strategy and integrated project plan.
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team across operations, IT, automation, engineering, suppliers and business stakeholders.
• Own integrated project controls across scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, requirements, and changes.
• Manage major suppliers and integration partners on contractual commitments and performance.
• Embed safety, permits, compliance, testing, and operational readiness in the project approach.
