• You have a proven track record of leading large, strategic, capital-intensive projects.
• Experience in logistics, infrastructure, engineering, or similarly complex operational environments is essential.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define the delivery strategy and integrated project plan with clear priorities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across bol, suppliers, and partners with end accountability.
• Own integrated project controls across scope, schedule, budget, risks, and changes.
• Manage strategic suppliers and performance, ensuring readiness and value for money.
• Embed safety, permits, compliance, testing, go-live, ramp-up, and handover in delivery.
• Provide transparent reporting to directors and governance bodies and resolve risks.
