Job summary

bol is seeking a Project Manager Infra Development in Utrecht to lead cross-functional logistics infrastructure projects, including the initial robotics in a warehouse and broader capital projects. You translate business objectives into a controlled delivery approach, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to deliver capabilities on time and within budget.

You will manage complex programs with investments exceeding EUR 10 million, ensuring safety, compliance and operational readiness

Qualifications

Experience in leading complex cross-functional projects.
Strong project management and governance experience.

Responsibilities

Define project delivery strategy and integrated project plan.
Lead a multidisciplinary project team across operations, IT, automation, engineering, suppliers and business stakeholders.
Own integrated project controls across scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and changes.
Apply stage-gate process to ensure deliverables meet quality before governance.
Manage major suppliers and integration partners on contracts and performance.
Direct implementation, stakeholder alignment and change management; intervene if delivery moves off track.
Embed safety, permits, compliance, testing, operational readiness and handover in the project approach.
