Job summary

Gazelle Global in Amsterdam, Netherlands seeks an IT Continuity Manager for a challenging 36-40 hour weekly, 2–3 year project. You will own and continuously improve the Global ITSCM capabilities, standards and controls across a global IT landscape, ensuring governance and compliance.

The role requires designing templates, monitoring compliance, advising senior stakeholders and supporting regulatory audits in highly regulated financial services environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in IT Service Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Service Continuity Management roles.
• Experience within highly regulated financial services or banking environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NIST2 and DORA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and Maintain the Global ITSCM process, standards, controls and governance framework.
• Design and maintain IT Service Continuity Templates.
• Monitoring & Report on IT Service Continuity Capability Compliance, KPI/KRIs for Risk / Audit oversight

As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest Client, I am seeking a IT Continuity Manager and Audit for a position in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

36- 40 hours

The project and responsibilities:

The role of IT Continuity Manager is part of the Global IT Resilience & Recovery Block within the Platform Grid, which is responsible for IT Continuity Management, IT Disaster Recovery and Backup & Restore capabilities across APAC, EMEA, US, and LATAM.

The IT Continuity Manager will be responsible for the ownership, governance, design, implementation and continuous improvement of the Global IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) Capability, Standards, Processes & Controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and Maintain the Global ITSCM process, standards, controls and governance framework
• Design and maintain IT Service Continuity Templates
• Monitoring & Report on IT Service Continuity Capability Compliance, KPI/KRIs for Risk / Audit oversight

Relevant knowledge & desired education level:
