Information Technology Business Consultant

Hybrid – Bussum

Starting salary up to €110,000 per annum + benefits. 8,000 € per month exclusive of holiday allowance.

We are further building the business consulting team for an award‑winning company that has been designing, building and managing digital, data‑driven software solutions for the financial sector for the past 20 years, with a mission to improve consumers' financial lives.

You take the lead in setting up projects, determine the scope of the MVP together with the customer, and coordinate the work of consultants, creative designers and developers, ensuring projects are completed according to agreed requirements, within the set time and budget. You will coach and guide junior consultants so they can fulfil this role independently in the future. Projects generally work according to Scrum/Agile methods.

You act as the bridge between Business and IT.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in IT consultancy or IT project management (3+ years)
• Command of the English language, written and spoken, at business level – Dutch is a pre‑condition
• Driven professional with a desire to succeed and grow
• Experience within the financial sector is a bonus
