Job summary

Yamaha Motor Europe seeks an Information Security Officer to safeguard IT infrastructure, applications and data, and to drive security policies across the organization. You will guide internal and external audits and monitor security status within the IS division to support business processes.

You will implement risk-based guidelines, educate IT staff, and stay aligned with GDPR, PCI DSS, NIS2 and ISO/NIST standards in a multinational setting. An assessment is part of our procedure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in informatics or information management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an information security officer in an international setting.
• CISSP, CISA or CISM certification.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, PCI DSS and NIS2.
• Aware of ISO27001, NIST and CobIT standards.
• Proficient in English language, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain information security policies and risk based guidelines.
• Educate, train and guide IT members on information security.
• Detect, monitor, respond to and report IT security incidents or data breaches.
• Closely work with Internal Audit and Data Protection Officer.
• Stay up to date with developments in IT security and regulatory changes.
