Job summary

Brooks Running, Amsterdam, is seeking an M3 Functional Analyst to own the Infor M3 ERP within the EMEA region. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance to deliver new capabilities and improve efficiency.

You will work with the global technology team on upgrades and global improvement projects. You will ensure that customer-facing transactions are processed efficiently, assist with EDI onboarding, and contribute to continuous improvement across the ERP landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant major.
• 3+ years of experience implementing, administering, managing and/or supporting enterprise IT applications.
• 3+ years of experience with Infor M3 as a Systems or Functional Analyst.
• Functional knowledge of supply chain processes within Infor M3.
• Ability to query databases such as DB2 and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design of integrated business processes with Global leads to enable new capabilities for Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, retailers and consumers.
• Collect business requirements and maintain process flows in M3 and related systems.
• Create functional specifications and collaborate with tech teams; participate in testing with business users.
• Attend regular Super User meetings to discuss enhancements and process adjustments.
• Monitor system performance; escalate issues and evaluate tool improvements.
• Support upgrades, fixes and enhancements following Brooks change control processes.
