Job summary

Influentials, based in Rotterdam, is offering a Seeding & PR internship where you help set up influencer and UGC seeding campaigns end-to-end. You will coordinate seeding journeys from addresses to shipping and content monitoring, working with Dutch and English creators, gaining hands-on insight into both creative and operational sides of influencer marketing.

You will learn to select and guide creators, monitor outcomes, and contribute ideas within a fast-growing organisation.

Qualifications

• You're studying an HBO or WO programme in marketing, communications, media, or similar.
• You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
• You're creative and structured.
• You have affinity with social media, creators, and influencer marketing.
• You like to contribute ideas and take initiative.
• You enjoy collaborating but can also work independently.
• You speak and write Dutch and English well.

Responsibilities

• From briefing to launch: help set up seeding campaigns and watch the planning.
• Select, approach, and guide influencers and UGC creators.
• Organise the seeding process: addresses, shipping, and packages.
• Monitor content, safeguard quality, and analyse results.
