Monks is seeking an Influencer Manager for a 4-month FTC in Amsterdam. You will lead multi‑brand influencer campaigns from brief to delivery, acting as the main liaison for clients and internal teams.

You will manage budgets, write briefs, negotiate with influencers, and coordinate cross‑functional campaign teams, ensuring on‑time delivery, strong relationships, and high‑performing outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an international digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong experience in influencer marketing and/or social media marketing.
• Excellent project- and campaign-management skills.
• Autonomous worker who collaborates well with a team and has strong attention to detail.
• Experience with budgeting and client budget oversight.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Dutch or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounts on a project basis and manage client relationships during campaigns.
• Oversee budget management and ensure on-time delivery of campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign teams and develop multi‑stream project plannings.
• Draft briefs and reach out to influencers, negotiating terms.
• Ensure quality control and KPI tracking across campaigns.
• Collaborate with Legal to develop influencer contracts.
• Contribute to campaign assets and participate in on‑set productions.
• Maintain strong communication within campaign teams throughout execution.
