Job summary

We Are Social Amsterdam is seeking a Project Manager to drive the seamless delivery of socially-led creative and influencer campaigns. You’ll manage projects from briefing through to delivery, ensuring teams are set up for success and work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Working closely with Creative, Strategy, Influence, and Client Services, you’ll act as the operational backbone, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving workflows.

Qualifications

• Owned the delivery process across all projects.
• Managed day-to-day tasks, status tracking, reporting, and client meetings.
• Coordinated briefs to internal teams and maintained timelines.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritisation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive seamless delivery of campaigns from briefing to delivery.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, influence and client services teams.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to high standards.
• Maintain tight project timelines and stakeholder updates.
