Job summary

Jobgether in the Netherlands is seeking an Influencer Manager / CAIT Manager to shape creator and talent strategies for brands across Germany and Europe. You will lead campaigns from creative ideas through sourcing, engagement, production, and delivery of assets.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on project management, building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring impactful, authentic campaigns for clients and their brands.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, brand marketing, talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of creators, influencers, talent, social platforms, and the cultural dynamics that drive audience attention.
• Experience translating concepts into creator casting and campaign strategies.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills to articulate business value of partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creator-led campaigns.
• Translate briefs into effective casting strategies considering diversity and objectives.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end from sourcing to delivery.
• Present concepts showing commercial value of creator partnerships.
• Maintain relationships with creators and external partners.
• Ensure content meets standards for excellence, relevance and safety.
• Handle contracts, negotiations, budgets, timelines and compliance.
• Monitor budgets and drive operational efficiency.
