We are seeking an Industrialization Engineer to support the transition of advanced semiconductor products from development to high-volume manufacturing. You will play a key role in ensuring robust, scalable, and cost-effective industrial processes in a highly technical and precision-driven environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring manufacturability, documentation quality, and smooth industrial ramp‑up of complex systems. Experience in the semiconductor industry is a strong plus, but we are also open to engineers eager to grow into this domain.
Your role
- Lead the industrialisation strategy for complex high‑tech products from R&D to volume production.
- Act as technical lead for industrialisation within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Drive NPI, pilot builds, factory introduction, and production ramp‑up.
- Define and safeguard DFM/DFA principles and manufacturing readiness.
- Create, review and maintain manufacturing, service and configuration documentation using Arbortext.
- Manage product and configuration data in IndiCenter.
- Identify risks, drive root cause analysis (RCA), and implement structural improvements.
- Coach and support junior or medior industrialisation engineers.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical or similar).
- 3 to 5+ years minimum of experience as an Industrialization Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer / NPI Engineer.
- Proven experience in a lead or senior technical role.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Arbortext and IndiCenter (strong plus).
- Experience in semiconductor, or high‑precision capital equipment environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
