Job summary

Huisman Etech Experts in the Netherlands is looking for a Work Planner Industry to join our close-knit family business. You will coordinate industrial projects alongside the project manager and ensure timely availability of technicians, materials, and equipment.

You will monitor progress, identify deviations, and act to keep schedules and budgets on track, while maintaining clear communication with suppliers and clients. The role emphasizes personal growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Vocational Education in Electrical Engineering (level 4).
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within industrial electrical engineering.
• Structured way of working with the ability to maintain an overview.
• Experience with project-based work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to switch between technicians, project managers, suppliers, and clients.
• Independent work attitude with good collaboration.
• Good command of Dutch and preferably English.

Responsibilities

• Schedule industrial projects together with the project manager.
• Ensure technicians, materials, and equipment are available on time.
• Monitor project progress and maintain an overview of planning and execution.
• Identify deviations, cost overruns, and additional or reduced work promptly.
• Take action when projects risk deviating from schedule or budget.
• Create or adjust simple calculations, designs, drawings, and estimates.
• Maintain contact with suppliers and clients.
• Ensure project data and documentation are complete and correct.
• Contribute daily to ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently.
