Job summary

Industrial Air Company is a Dutch leader in industrial air treatment, refrigeration and drying technology. As a Mechanical Work Preparation Specialist, you connect engineering, fabrication and project management, ensuring every detail from drawings to delivery is correct and aligned before the project starts.

You prepare and check drawings, create parts lists and orders, maintain supplier contacts, build schedules, and support project managers in execution, while contributing to workshop process

Qualifications

• Requires HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering or Installation Technology.
• Several years of experience in work planning or project support.
• Structured and accurate work style with clear communication.
• Enjoys working in a close-knit team and celebrating successes.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, developing and checking technical drawings and diagrams.
• Creating parts lists, calculations and orders.
• Maintaining contact with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Creating and monitoring schedules.
• Supporting project managers in execution.
• Contributing to process optimization within our workshop.
