Job summary

Lancarza B.V. is seeking a Project Support Coordinator in the Amsterdam region to join an industrial project team. You will support project managers and engineers, coordinating information and tracking progress to ensure alignment with planning and compliance.

In this role, you’ll maintain documentation, facilitate cross-team communication, and help manage actions, deliverables, and deadlines to drive project success.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a project support or coordination role within an industrial environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive working attitude.
• Experience working with project documentation and reporting.
• Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and project-related tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to align with planning, documentation and compliance requirements.
• Support project managers and engineers with planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and registers.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Track actions, deliverables and deadlines for timely execution.
• Prepare agendas, minutes and follow up on actions during meetings.
• Assist with compliance, safety and quality documentation where required.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks or deviations and escalate as needed.
• Support reporting on project status, costs and milestones.
