You will join a small technical family business in Ridderkerk, handling both workshop and customer-site coating tasks for industrial and maritime components. The role is 38 hours per week with day shifts and Friday finishing at 3:00 PM, including occasional overtime and travel to customer locations in the Netherlands.

No prior coating experience is required; practical, technically minded individuals can learn the trade.

Qualifications

• No prior coating experience required; company can teach the trade.
• Experience as Industrial Painter or Coater is welcome but not required.

• Willing to occasionally work at customer locations and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean and sand surfaces.
• Apply protective coatings and paint systems.
• Paint and treat industrial and maritime components.
• Prepare materials before coating.
