Job summary

Papendrecht in Ridderkerk is seeking two to three new colleagues for an Industrial Painter/Coater role. You will protect and restore industrial and maritime components using coatings, work in the workshop and at customer locations, and join a small technical team.

No prior coating experience is required; you will be trained. You may also progress to higher responsibilities while you learn, with overtime possible for urgent jobs. Full-time, 38 hours per week, day shifts, Friday finish.

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on mindset; willingness to learn the coating trade.
• Clear ability to understand safety instructions in English or Dutch.
• No mandatory minimum years of experience; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean and sand surfaces.
• Apply protective coatings and paint systems.
• Paint and treat industrial and maritime components.
• Prepare materials before coating.
• Inspect the quality of your work.
• Work on repair and maintenance projects.
• Occasionally work at customer locations.
