Job summary

M.W. Watermark in the Netherlands is seeking a Painter to prep and paint components and equipment to high-quality standards in a factory setting.

You will mix and apply paints, operate spray equipment (conventional and airless), maintain cleanliness, and support a safe, efficient production line. This hands-on role requires physical fitness and attention to detail to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in an industrial painting environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be organized and able to perform in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prep materials for paint by grinding, sanding, de-greasing, seam sealing, etc.
• Operate conventional and airless spray equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metal and other types of surfaces.
• Mix and apply alkyds, epoxies, urethane, zinc epoxies and water borne paint systems according to a prescribed formula.
• Clean paint lines, paint guns and perform other cleaning preventative maintenance to ensure that painting apparatus remain in working order.
• Responsible for cleanliness of work area.
• Operation of forklifts, cranes, man-lifts.
• Promote and contribute to a continuous improvement culture.
• Other duties as assigned.
